Terms of Use.

Blane is a reading journal app published by [RAISON SOCIALE] ("we"). It lets you track your reading, set goals, log sessions and view statistics.

Using Blane implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Blane.

We strive to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, in particular for maintenance.

You agree to use Blane fairly and not to:

• harm the service, its security or its integrity;
• post illegal, defamatory, hateful content or content infringing third-party rights;
• attempt to access data not intended for you;
• use the service for unauthorised commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you create (reviews, notes). You grant us a limited licence to host and display it as part of the service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

Book information (titles, covers, authors) comes from third-party sources, notably the Google Books API. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

The app, its interface, logos, brand and code are protected and remain our exclusive property. No reproduction is allowed without prior written consent.

Blane is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or a subscription in the future. If so, their terms and prices will be communicated to you before any purchase.

Blane is a personal tracking tool provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages or loss of data resulting from use of the service. You should keep your own backups where relevant.

You may stop using Blane and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in case of breach of these terms.

We may amend these terms. The applicable version is the one in force when you use the service. In case of a material change, we will notify you.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, consumers may use a free consumer mediation service. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
